Electronic Claim Submissions
Electronic claims are received before paper claims and are processed sooner as well. Tracking methods are used to insure that the claims submitted to the insurance companies are submitted electronically in a timely fashion to avoid claim rejections. Whenever possible, Medical Billing Services submits claims electronically, however, not all insurance carriers are equipped to accept claims electronically.

If a claim is rejected, Medical Billing Services staff follows up on every claim until it is
either paid or denied with a satisfactory
explanation from the carrier.
